I'm so glad I found Louisa and her clinic. She's incredibly attentive, polite, and genuinely pleasant to be around. Her professionalism stands out immediately, but what really makes the difference is how friendly and reassuring she is throughout the whole appointment. Just before a 50 km walk, she made custom wedges for my shoes - and I didn't suffer at all during the event. That alone speaks volumes about her skill and attention to detail. I've since recommended a couple of close friends to her, and they both said how much better they feel after their visits. That alone says everything about her skill and attention to detail. If you're really looking for a good podiatrist who truly listens, cares and delivers results, I can't recommend Louisa enough. Her clinic is an absolute gem.
